Shop9ja uses secure payment processing via Paystack. Your payment is protected until you confirm that you have received your order in good condition. This protects both buyers and vendors.

Once your vendor marks your order as shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this to track your package via the courier's website (DHL, FedEx, GIG Logistics, etc.).

Yes! We have a 7-day exchange and replacement policy. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact support@shop9ja.com within 7 days with photo evidence. Note: we do not offer refunds — only exchanges or replacements.

All vendors are thoroughly vetted before listing. We have a dispute resolution process. If you receive a counterfeit item, contact us immediately and we will investigate.

We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfer, and USSD via Paystack. All payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Local orders typically take 1–7 business days via GIG Logistics, Sendbox, or direct courier depending on your location.

You can message vendors via WhatsApp if they've provided their number on their store page. You can also contact Shop9ja support to facilitate communication.
