Local orders within Nigeria typically take 1β7 business days depending on your location. International items shipped from abroad may take 7β21 business days via DHL tracked shipping.
Once your vendor marks your order as shipped, you will receive a tracking number via your dashboard. Use it on the courier website (DHL, GIG Logistics, etc.) to track your package in real time.
We offer a 7-Day Easy Exchange policy. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Note: we do not offer cash refunds β only exchanges or store credit.
